Everco Heavy Duty — a provider of climate control products for over-the-road and offroad vehicles — announced Friday, Feb. 15, that it has launched its website, www.evercohd.com, to better serve its heavy-duty customers.
The website features a catalog section that includes the latest Everco Temperature Control Products and Illustrated Guide. In addition, the “Tech Tips” section offers downloadable technician tips for technical support. Several Web-based enhancements are planned for 2008, including the addition of technical training videos, an interactive parts lookup and online ordering capabilities.
“We have developed a website that is user-friendly, and we hope it will serve as a great resource for our customers,” says Matt Guden, business development manager for Lewisville, Texas- based Everco. “Our goal is to provide our customers with great support and service, and our website reflects that commitment to serving our customers first.”
