J.J. Keller announces new hires

J.J. Keller & Associates, a provider of risk and regulatory management products, has announced the addition of three new associates:

Brian Kubiak has joined J.J. Keller’s marketing staff as a direct marketing manager for training, forms and supplies. His responsibilities include managing the activities of the direct marketing training, forms and supplies staff, as well as managing the development and implementation of growth plans, including direct marketing strategies and execution. Most recently, Kubiak was the database manager for School Specialty Inc. Prior to that, he worked at Lands’ End Corp. as an e-commerce marketing manager.

Tom Stolla has joined J.J. Keller’s Internet Products Center staff as a Web developer. His responsibilities include the ongoing development and support of KellerOnline, Prospera and FleetMentor Web services, including the design and development of new features and enhancements to these services. Most recently, Stolla was a systems analyst and application developer for Alta Resources.

Nicole Ebben has joined J.J. Keller’s outbound sales department staff as a human resources sales training specialist. Her responsibilities include creating training programs and materials for the human resources sales department, as well as conducting product and sales training and ongoing sales skills development for sales and lead generation representatives. Most recently, Ebben was a district trainer/general manager for Limited Corp. She also worked for Aldo Inc., Cache and Macy’s.
