Jerry Reynolds recently assumed duties as director of North American field service for Hendrickson, the company announced Thursday, Feb. 21. Reynolds reports directly to Baine Adams, vice president of global sales and marketing, and is responsible for all field service activities and reports.
All regional and national service managers report to Reynolds. For the past three years, he served as national service manager.
Reynolds came to Itasca, Ill.-based Hendrickson from R.H. Sheppard Co., where he served for about nine years as the manager of field service. Prior to Sheppard, he was fleet maintenance manager for Advocate Services, a subsidiary of American Hardware Co. Reynolds spent 26 years in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves as a steam propulsion engineer.
