Eastern Connection adds four operations managers

Eastern Connection — a Woburn, Mass.-based regional parcel carrier serving the East Coast — recently added four operations managers: Craig Raabe in the Woburn office; Frank Kean in the Newark, N.J., office; Gary Cuff in the Philadelphia office; and Russell Rosecrans in the Stamford, Conn., office.

  • Prior to joining Eastern Connection, Raabe was a route manager of the industrial division/commercial division at Waste Management Inc. in Woburn. Raabe also was an operations supervisor at DHL in Stoneham, Mass., and an operations supervisor at United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • Previously, Kean was an operations manager at TNT USA Inc. in Secaucus, N.J.; a PM terminal manager at Metro T&C in Elizabeth, N.J.; an independent logistics consultant; and an operations manager at UPS in Secaucus.
  • Cuff was an independent contractor for Eastern Connection in Essington, Pa. He also was a station manager at AIT Worldwide Logistics in Sharon Hill, Pa.; a regional operations manager at Eagle Global Logistics in Folcroft, Pa.; a dispatch manager at Jay Gress Inc. in Norristown, Pa.; and a preload manager and next-day-air supervisor at UPS in Philadelphia.
  • Rosecrans previously was an operations manager at Pirtek-Mobile Hydraulic Repair in Stratford, Conn.; a radon installer at CT.Basement Systems in Stratford; and a plant operations manager at Amerair Hiway Systems in Stamford.
