Maptuit Corporation reacted swiftly to the two-mile strech closure of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. The closure information has been confirmed with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Maptuit has taken the necessary steps to ensure trucks are being diverted by implementing a global restriction to affect the routing around the affected area, the company said.

“We have moved as quickly as we were able to verify the information with the DOT. We were also alerted by one of our customers and then made the real-time changes to our routing systems” said Kevin LaBrie, Director of Customer Support at Maptuit. “We will continue to work local and state officials and the Department of Transportation to provide our customer the latest information and modify the restriction once we are able to confirm the DOT.”

Maptuit wants customers to contact the support line with any questions at 1-866-MAPTUIT.
