FMCSA extends comment period on training for entry-level drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has extended until May 23 the public comment period on its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding the minimum training requirements for entry-level commercial motor vehicle operators.

FMCSA says the comment period on the NPRM was extended to provide interested parties an opportunity to provide further comment and supporting data.
