J.J. Keller announces new hires

J.J. Keller & Associates, a Neenah, Wis.-based provider of risk and regulatory management products, has announced the addition of three new associates:

  • David Rydzewski has joined J.J. Keller’s compliance services technology staff as a database programmer/analyst. He works with the compliance services technology team, serving as the primary departmental resource for database issues and development. For the past eight years, Rydzewski was a consultant with Omni resources. His past roles have included lead technical analyst, programmer/analyst and database developer.
  • Debra Moyle has joined J.J. Keller’s log audit staff as a supervisor. She supervises the activities of the log audit department to ensure work is completed in a quality manner, productivity gains are achieved, and internal/external client service expectations are fulfilled. Most recently, Moyle was a branch manager for JP Morgan Chase. Prior to Chase, she worked as a loan officer with AZ Prime One Mortgage. She also has held management roles at Starbucks Coffee Co. and PTSI Rehabilitation Center.
  • Larisa Hartman has joined J.J. Keller’s human resources services staff as a recruiting specialist. She is responsible for staffing nonexempt sales positions. She also participates in new associate orientation, new hire follow-up sessions, college recruiting,
    job fairs and other recruiting/retention initiatives. Hartman has held recruiting positions for Culver Careers, UPS Supply Chain Solutions and Cruisers Yachts.
