Sterling Truck Corp., based in Redford, Mich., has awarded a new Sterling Bullet to Kingsport, Tenn.-based Green Valley Landscape. The owners of the company, Randy and Rhondia Lightner, won the “Nothing Stops the Bullet Sweepstakes,” which ran from March through October 2007. Their entry was selected randomly from about 3,500 submissions.

The Lightners launched Green Valley Landscape and Property Services 13 years ago; the company has grown to five full- and part-time employees, with more staff during the summer months. The company specializes in hardscaping, which includes building gazebos, patios and garden cottages; and also offers lawn services and landscape design.

The Lightners ordered a new Inferno Red 2008 Sterling Bullet with a stake body and features such as a navigation system, satellite radio, automatic transmission and more. The color was selected by Rhondia Lightner to match the rest of their fleet.
