MacLean Vehicle Systems has announced that it has transferred inventory and customer service for its commercial vehicle aftermarket fastener products from Buffalo, N.Y.-based MacLean Heavy Duty to Bartlett, Ill.-based MacLean Fastener Services.
Effective April 21, customers, distributors and sales representatives of MVS should contact MFS customer service at 847-455-5920. Faxed orders and inquiries should be sent to 847-455-5996. E-mailed inquiries may be sent to [email protected].
“We’re excited about the possibilities and added product available to us on the commercial vehicle side with the transfer of the warehousing and distribution responsibility for our aftermarket products to MFS,” says Jay Pawlak, director of commercial vehicle sales and marketing for Mundelein, Ill.-based MVS. “Their new 80,000-square-foot facility, less than two years old, is state of the art, and their customer service personnel and capabilities are superior.”
MacLean Fastener Service is the industrial distribution arm of the MacLean-Fogg Co., parent of MacLean Vehicle Systems. MacLean-Fogg Co. is a worldwide enterprise with 23 North American manufacturing facilities, 11 international facilities, annual sales of about $800 million and a worldwide work force of more than 2,000 people.
