Today’s heavy-duty diesel engines are reducing emissions, which is heating things up under the hood; it’s only going to get hotter as newer models begin to meet the higher 2010 Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
Gates says it’s thinking ahead of the curve with its Green Stripe fleet and heavy-duty products. Each product in the line – which includes tensioners, belts and hoses – was designed to meet or exceed the demands of these newer vehicles.
