Hartman to lead Thermo King’s service contracts business development

Ken Hartman has been named service contracts business development manager for Thermo King Corp., responsible for leading strategic business development, sales and marketing for the Minneapolis-based company’s service contracts business.

Hartman previously was the district parts manager for Thermo King’s Southwest territory, where he was named district parts manager of the year for 2007. Prior to joining Thermo King, Hartman worked for Snap-on Tools, and most recently was the western regional manager for Chief Automotive Technologies.

Thermo King, a business unit of diversified industrial firm Ingersoll-Rand, manufactures transport temperature control systems for a variety of mobile applications, including trailers, truck bodies, buses, shipboard containers and railway cars.
