Fleet One, a provider of fuel cards and fleet-related payment solutions to businesses and government agencies with vehicles, announced Wednesday, June 18, an agreement with Kroger that allows the Fleet One Local fuel card to be accepted at all 720 of the Kroger-owned grocery stores with fuel islands. The Fleet One card also will be accepted at Kroger-owned convenience stores.
Kroger’s acceptance of the Fleet One fuel card further increases Fleet One’s presence and services nationwide, says Robert “Bert” Nix, vice president of merchant acceptance for Nashville, Tenn.-based Fleet One. “This agreement allows us to partner with one of the nation’s largest and most respected retail grocery chains,” Nix says. “Our commercial customers have been anxious to take advantage of the benefits that Kroger already provides to their consumer customers.”
Fleet One customers can visit their local Kroger family of stores for specific card-accepting locations.
