Old Dominion Freight Line has announced the addition of Ken Ludwig as vice president of human resources. Prior to joining Old Dominion, Ludwig gained 22 years of experience as senior vice president of human resources at Culp Inc. In addition, Ludwig worked for 10 years in human resources at Cannon Mills Co. and Cone Mill Corp.
“Ken brings more than three decades of human resources experience to Old Dominion,” says Earl Condgon, president and chief executive officer of the Thomasville, N.C.-based less-than-truckload carrier. “His proven record and certification will add tremendous value to our company.”
Ludwig is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR), displaying his knowledge in functional areas at the strategic level. He also is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
