NFI Industries, a provider of third-party logistics, freight, warehousing, distribution and packaging services, has formed a warehousing joint venture agreement with Raven Transport, a truckload carrier.
The agreement will enable NFI Industries and Raven to leverage their combined expertise and competencies to capture a variety of new business opportunities in the transportation, warehousing and packaging markets.
As a part of the agreement, Raven Transport’s clients will have access to 15 million square feet of commercial warehouse space and will be able to obtain innovative design and packaging solutions.
