Panelite Inc. announced that it is now under the sole ownership of Veleta Barnhart, co-founder and co-owner of the 24-year-old company. Barnhart recently purchased the remaining interest in the Oklahoma City-based supplier of decorative chrome and stainless-steel accessories for heavy-duty trucks.
“We are committed to maintaining the values upon which this company was founded,” Barnhart says. “While Panelite is entering a new era, we treasure our heritage and will continue to honor our traditional core values of product quality, innovation and customer service. Looking ahead, we will pursue the development of new products and markets while more aggressively expanding and diversifying our manufacturing capabilities.”
