Mack Trucks Inc. has added a new section to its website, enabling customers to ask powertrain marketing manager David McKenna questions about the Lehigh Valley, Pa.-based company’s 2010 emissions solution featuring selective catalytic reduction. Visitors to the Mack home page can click on a banner called “Talking SCR” to submit their queries and view McKenna’s responses.
“We know SCR is the best choice for 2010, but we also know there’s a lot of misinformation out there about this technology,” McKenna says. “Our goal is to help the heavy-duty truck customer make a truly informed purchasing decision.”
