Prophesy updates FleetTrax maintenance, inventory software

Prophesy Transportation Solutions announced that FleetTrax, its fleet maintenance and inventory management system, recently received a significant update. The company says version 3.5 now is available.

Users will note marked performance improvements, including greater processing speeds and many user-friendly new features, according to Prophesy; also new are expanded options for barcode labels, reports and system configuration to suit a wider variety of user needs.

Features of FleetTrax, according to Prophesy, include the ability to:

  • Track all preventive maintenance and repairs performed fleetwide;
  • Track employee contact information, labor rates, punch clock history, licensing, renewals and certifications;
  • Monitor built-in parts inventory system with stock tracking;
  • Track warranties on any part in inventory;
  • Track on-site fuel pump and tank inventory; and
  • Track tire cost, performance and maintenance history.
