Enterprise Software provider Innovative Computing Corporation has appointed Vince Peschio as Director of Development and Rick Blake as Director of Product Management. These additions signify a new period of growth within Innovative, the company says, and the continued expansion of the company’s Development and Deployment teams.
Peschio, hired as Innovative’s Director of Development, has been closely involved with the development and management of enterprise level solutions as both a customer and supplier. Not only focused on software development, Peschio historically has worked closely with Sales, Implementation, Support and Senior Management teams to communicate new trends and development initiatives. Within Innovative, Peschio will manage Innovative’s Development team, which is responsible for the design and creation of Innovative’s software modules and interfaces.
Blake, Innovative’s Director of Product Management, offers Innovative the leadership, organization and strength of a Marine Corps officer, backed by extensive communication and IS experience. In addition, Blake brings new perspectives in planning, project management and organizational development. Initially brought to Innovative to focus on process management, Blake has closely examined and expanded a wide variety of procedures at Innovative for the continued improvement of Innovative’s services. In his new role, Blake will be responsible for the management of Innovative products throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, including product management, quality assurance, software deployment and aspects of vendor relations.
