FEMA requests trucks, reefer trailers for Ike relief

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is requesting assistance from Alabama-based carriers and suppliers in its ongoing disaster relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Ike.

Agency officials now are seeking trucks pulling metal floor reefer trailers and single- and double-drop trailers to bring supplies and equipment to and from San Antonio. Full compensation is offered.
