Decker selects August Drivers of the Month

Decker Truck Line announced that Ron Nielsen was selected as August Owner-Operator of the Month for the company’s flatbed division, while Lyle Grate was selected as August Driver of the Month for the Fort Dodge, Iowa-based company’s reefer/van division.

Drivers and owner-operators are nominated monthly by their dispatcher. They are selected based on overall performance within all areas of the company, including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment (including idle time), payroll, billing and customer service. All monthly honorees are eligible to be chosen as Driver/Owner-Operator of the Year.
