Networkcar names Haims VP/finance

Networkcar, a provider of wireless fleet management, announced the addition of Joshua Haims as vice president of finance. In this role, Haims will drive all financial activities for the organization, shape the long-term strategy of Networkcar, and further develop day-to-day tactics.

According to the company, Haims brings strong leadership experience in diverse corporate settings ranging from startups such as Global Centric Networks and Slopecycle to established companies like IBM, Bloomingdales and KPMG Peat Marwick; he has a proven track record of successfully managing SOX implementation and compliance, SEC reporting, capital acquisitions, capital management, financial planning and analysis, product development and strategic business development, as well as system design and implementation.
