Baldwin Filters recently launched its newly redesigned website and e-catalog at “One of our primary goals with this project was to provide our users around the world a website that works for them,” says Kevin Connolly, the company’s vice president of marketing. “This site will continue to evolve. As we move forward, we intend to translate the site into several different languages to allow our users to read the information in their native languages.”

As part of the redesign, Baldwin Filters says it streamlined the site’s navigation to make the experience more user-friendly; for example, each product line section is customized with not only updated information, but also links to innovations within each line. Each section also contains links to the company’s literature related to the product line, allowing users to gather information without having to visit several different areas. The company also has added its line of training videos for understanding and maintaining lube, air, fuel and coolant filtration practices.

Also as part of the project, Baldwin Filters says it revamped its e-catalog to give users a more unified look, while adding many new features to provide additional information more quickly and easily. Additional features of the online catalog include streamlined application searches, searchable size charts and a new product release section, which will be updated as products are released.
