FleetPride Inc. announced that it now is offering Tractor-Trailer.net from Mitchell 1, a Snap-on company, to both its FleetPride drive-in service shops and FleetCare Truck Service Center affiliates, providing each location direct access to up-to-date tractor/trailer/reefer repair information.

According to FleetPride, repair jobs for any vehicle brought in for service to a FleetPride or FleetCare location now can be handled quicker and more efficiently because information covering the latest specs, diagnostics, repair procedures and technical information is available instantly to technicians through Web-based Tractor-Trailer.net.

“We made the decision to add Tractor-Trailer.net as a tool for our company-owned FleetCare locations because we want to keep them at the leading edge of technology so they can offer our customers the service they expect,” says Chris Romeis, director of new business development for FleetCare. “For our affiliated locations, offering them access to Tractor-Trailer.net demonstrates our commitment to them as a member of our network — that we will continue to help them however we can to strengthen their business.”
