Heavy-duty technology provider Karmak has named Lloyd Healy as the new director of customer support. In this position, Healy is responsible for customer support, consulting and order processing at the company’s offices in Carlinville, Ill., and Springfield, Mo. He will oversee a team of professionals specializing in areas such as parts, service, accounting and lease/rental software applications, as well as computer systems, vendor communications, business systems consulting and database management.
Healy joined Karmak in April 2006 as product manager for the ProfitMaster real-time performance monitor software product. He brings extensive management experience to his new role, including 16 years as personnel director with Coastal Corp., an energy company headquartered in Houston.
