Fortified Financial Services, a provider of factoring services to the transportation industry, announced its nationwide Tire and Service Discount Program in cooperation with TCi Tire Centers, a tire service network that operates 78 commercial locations and 12 Michelin Retread Plants in North America.

Participation in this program is available at no charge to customers of Fortified Financial Services. Participants receive discounted tire prices and services from TCi by showing their Fortified Financial Services customer ID card at time of purchase. Services include emergency road and fleet service.

Fortified Financial Services says TCi offers an On-Time Done-Right National Service Guarantee, where it will provide service within 30 minutes of the established estimated time of our service vehicle’s arrival, or the service call is free; and in-shop services will be completed within 30 minutes of their time commitment, or the next service call is free. TCi must be notified of a missed commitment within 24 hours of the service call, and the guarantee is limited to the price of the service call. All other charges apply; the offer is subject to change.

Fortified Financial says it also offers other value-added discount offerings, such as an EFS Network fuel card and FedEx discount program. FFS says it also offers 24/7 online account reporting, no long-term contracts, professional collections assistance, quick-payment option for brokers and more.

Fortified Financial Services is a subsidiary of MacroTransport Services. Another division of Macro is The Freight Rate Company, a Web-based freight quote pricing platform designed to allow management of transportation and shipping needs from any computer.
