DriveCam receives FMCSA exemption for video recorder mounts

DriveCam received an exemption from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration allowing video event recorders to be mounted on commercial motor vehicles lower in the windshield than currently permitted by federal safety regulation. The exemption helps the cameras monitor the behavior of drivers and passengers, DriveCam says.
