InstallerNet, a Boston-based company that coordinates installation of consumer and commercial electronics through a network of independently owned mobile and home electronics installers, announced a new partnership with Enfora, a provider of wireless networking solutions. InstallerNet will provide nationwide installation services for Enfora’s vehicle tracking and monitoring products focused on the growing telematics fleet, automotive leasing and insurance markets.

InstallerNet says the new partnership gives value-added resellers of Enfora technology instant access to installation support through its nationwide network of 3,500 certified installers, which will be trained specifically on the installation of Enfora hardware. InstallerNet customer service representatives will work with Enfora’s value-added partners to select a local installer and then schedule and track each installation. InstallerNet installations come with a three-year nationwide warranty for commercial services.

“By providing a nationwide network of installers, specifically certified on our Spider family of advanced vehicle tracking products, InstallerNet has not only removed all installation barriers for our customers but helped us provide additional services to our robust reseller base, adding convenience and confidence to the overall purchasing process,” says Ken Creager, vice president of marketing and sales operations at Enfora.

InstallerNet says it also will offer additional services to Enfora VARs, including expert installation of companion Garmin products for those units integrating the Garmin FMI interface and extensive support for logistics (warehousing, staging and RMA handling) and marketing programs. Enfora VARs also will have access to InstallerNet’s ProTeam fleet, a wholly-owned subsidiary of InstallerNet dedicated to localized training and assisting members of the InstallerNet network, as well as to providing VIP installation services.

“We’re excited about this new relationship and the opportunity to help ensure the proper installation of Enfora hardware for transportation solutions,” says Frank Pellitta, InstallerNet vice president of wireless and telematics.
