QSI Corporation, designer and manufacturer of rugged industrial and mobile data terminals, announced that its new rugged TREQ-M4 mobile data terminal was chosen by LoadTrek.net, a provider of transportation management software.
The TREQ-M4 has a bright 480 x 272 pixel color touch screen display, Windows Embedded CE 6.0 operating system, two serial and USB host ports and Ethernet. LoadTrek’s robust dispatch software integrates with the TREQ-M4 to offer electronic DOT logs, route tracking, driver messaging and communication, and driver performance. It connects office staff, drivers, vehicles, and mechanics for an integrated transportation management system, the company says.
