Tire Service Equipment Manufacturing Co. Inc. (TSI/SSG) announced the acquisition of all inventory, trademarks, equipment and manufacturing rights of Amermac Inc., an Ellaville, Ga.-based provider of tire vibration equipment. Terms were not released.
TSI/SSG, based in Phoenix, says it will be contacting all former Amermac customers personally over the next few days to inform them that the entire Amermac line of tire vibration equipment will continue to be supported, and that all service parts will be available through TSI/SSG.
