Navajo Express announced today, Sept. 29, that it has implemented the Transflo Express truckstop scanning solution from Pegasus TransTech, providing same-day access to delivery documents. Navajo Express, headquartered in Denver, provides long-haul and dedicated transportation with a network of 1,000 trucks serving the refrigerated and dry goods industries.

“We believe Transflo Express will be an important component in our mission to provide the highest level of service to our shipper customers and to improve driver satisfaction,” says Becky Mackintosh, Navajo Express executive vice president. “Drivers love it because it’s easy to use, and they don’t have to worry about their paperwork being lost anymore.”

Pegasus TransTech says that with Transflo Express, drivers hand their delivery documents to a fuel desk attendant for scanning at more than 540 truckstop locations nationwide, including all Love’s and Pilot travel center locations; in seconds, these documents are sent electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing.

According to Pegasus TransTech, Transflo Express expedites document delivery and allows fleets and drivers to get paid faster, and has helped fleets of all sizes to achieve same-day access to delivery documents, reduce operating costs, increase driver satisfaction, speed cash flow and improve operating efficiency.

“Transflo Express has given hundreds of fleets throughout North America the competitive advantage they seek,” says Frank Adelman, senior vice president of Pegasus TransTech. “We’re excited to offer Navajo Express the fastest, easiest and most reliable way for their drivers to send in delivery documents.”
