Estes Forwarding Worldwide, a global transportation solutions provider, announced the opening of six regional facilities and an office in Asia to meet the growing demands of its customers. Estes Forwarding Worldwide says the new facilities allow the company to build a greater presence and better service customers in local and regional areas across the nation and throughout Asia.

“Global shippers want local contacts that can provide solutions to their unique and critical transportation and supply chain requirements,” says John Eastland, vice president of operations. “This regional expansion allows us to deliver a more comprehensive global transportation solution and better serve the ever-changing needs of our customers.”

The new U.S. regional operations are located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Miami and New York, and the new Asian operations are in Hong Kong. Each of these facilities has sales personnel, an operations team, customer service representatives and an international staff. With corporate offices in Richmond, Va., Estes Forwarding Worldwide employs about 150 people across the globe.
