Reddaway, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide Inc., announced accelerated delivery service in more than 327,000 ZIP-to-ZIP lane pairs throughout its network. As a result of the reduced transit times, Reddaway – which serves points throughout the western United States and British Columbia – says it now offers even more next-day and two-day delivery options.

Reddaway says the accelerated service enables it to shave transit times by a full day on lanes networkwide, including lanes from northern California, Colorado and Washington going into western Oregon; lanes from Colorado and Washington going into northwestern Montana; and lanes from Utah, northern California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington going into Colorado. Reddaway also offers the option to guarantee delivery by 9 a.m., noon, 3:30 p.m. or within a specified time-window for an additional fee.

”With better than 97 percent reliability, we’re committed to being the best next-day and two-day carrier in the markets we serve,” says T.J. O’Connor, Reddaway president. “By taking advantage of larger facilities with greater shipment density and more direct-loaded routes, we’ve been able to make our fast and reliable network even better.”
