Kashkoush joins board of Hendrickson’s parent company

Marwan M. Kashkoush has been elected to The Boler Company’s board of directors. Kashkoush currently is executive vice president of sales, marketing and operations support for Parker Hannifin Corp. Parker Hannifin is a diversified manufacturer of motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.

Kashkoush serves as Parker’s chief marketing officer, and also has executive responsibility for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has extensive global and operational experience in realigning sales channels and customer service, manufacturing operations, acquisitions, developing market-focused organizations, and growing sales profitably. Kashkoush’s career at Parker has included various positions where he was responsible for sales, marketing and operations, and more recently, president of the Hydraulics Group in Europe, and later president of the worldwide Hydraulics Group.

The Boler Company, a privately held corporation with its corporate office maintained in Itasca, Ill., is a global supplier of truck and trailer suspension products. Its Hendrickson and Watson & Chalin products include truck and tractor suspensions, controls and loose axles, truck and trailer lift axles, bumpers and trim components, and truck, tractor and trailer springs. Manufacturing operations are located in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
