Penske Truck Leasing introduced its new corporate blog, “Move Ahead,” to serve as the official blog for Penske Truck Leasing, Penske Truck Rental, Penske Logistics and Penske Used Trucks.
The blog at http://blog.gopenske.com/ contains news, industry information, special promotions, transportation and supply chain industry insights, profiles, commentary and tips for businesses and consumers.
Having one of the largest fleet maintenance operations in the nation, Penske will leverage its collective expertise to provide information about topics such as the impact of CSA 2010 vehicle maintenance and 2010 engines, says Randy Ryerson, director of communications.
“(The blog) gives us a chance to showcase things that people don’t realize about our business,” he says. For instance, many people may not realize the complexity involved in selling more than 20,000 trucks a year.
