Llamasoft, a provider of supply chain design and predictive analytics, announced year-over-year revenue growth of 115 percent, saying its aggressive strategy of investment in new software development and consistent growth of a professional support team paid significant dividends with many new clients.
Llamasoft says highlights of its current growth include:
• Supply Chain Guru enhancements, including the integration of product classification and flow-path optimization, network optimization and inventory optimization technologies;
• Partnership and integration with ESRI, a provider of GIS data and global mapping software;
• SAP-certified automatic data connector for streamlined model building; and
• Development of a rapid-modeling tool to integrate with the Unified Health Model, assisting in the design of public health supply chains throughout Africa.
The company doubled its customer support and supply chain consulting staff and increased product development personnel by 50 percent. Leadership staff additions include a new vice president of marketing, vice president of alliances, vice president of professional services and senior product manager.
Llamasoft says it also created new business organizations to support consulting partners and to build solution-based service offerings, and added numerous business development managers to leverage its experience in key industry verticals.
