Longistics promotes Guile to director of accounting

Longistics, a full-service provider of global logistics solutions, announced that Karen Guile has been promoted to the position of director of accounting, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting and payroll functions, accounts payable and receivable, and the company’s general ledger.

Guile, who also coordinates with external accountants, joined the Research Triangle Park, N.C.-based company in 1998 and has worked in accounting for more than 15 years.
