Comdata Corporation, a provider of electronic payment technology, has launched NextGen Connection for Permits, an online platform for the trucking industry that provides robust capabilities for ordering, tracking, and managing permits.

NextGen Connection for Permits streamlines the permit-ordering process, Comdata says. Through NextGen Connection for Permits, individuals can store vehicle information, save previous routes, use interactive maps, and track orders in real time. The system delivers permits via email so that drivers can receive needed permits immediately.

“This new platform gives users a full suite of online tools that simplifies and expedites their permit-ordering process, making it much easier for companies to access the permits they need and deliver them to their drivers in fewer steps,” said Brett Rodewald, Comdata president.
