HireRight receives customer excellence award

HireRight, a provider of employment background screening, drug screening and employment eligibility solutions, announced that the company has won a 2011 MarketTools ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award. This is the fourth year in a row that HireRight has been recognized with the ACE award.

The MarketTools ACE Award certifies achievement in customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and/or partner satisfaction. Receiving a MarketTools ACE Award demonstrates the recipient’s application of enterprise feedback processes and its performance as measured by those processes. Only a small percentage of MarketTools’ clients qualify for the award. HireRight earned the MarketTools ACE Award based on direct feedback from its customer base regarding its background screening, drug screening and employment eligibility solutions.
