PHH Arval announced that Rob Stowers has been named senior vice president for PHH FirstFleet, the truck and equipment leasing division of PHH Arval, effective immediately. Stowers, who will assume responsibility for the management of PHH FirstFleet, previously was with Altec Capital, where he was managing director of the equipment financing business.
Prior to joining Altec, he was with NationsBanc Leasing Corp. as senior vice president, responsible for the Utility and Large Fleet Leasing organization. Stowers – who returns to PHH Arval, where he previously had spent 12 years with the company – also served four years of commissioned service in the U.S. Army and separated from the Army as a captain in the Adjutant General Corp.
