FleetPride Inc., an independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts, announced Monday, April 11, that it has acquired the assets of Cimarron Truck Parts in Cushing, Okla., and Oklahoma Truck Supply in Muskogee, Okla. Both companies previously were owned by East Tulsa Truck Parts and Equipment Inc.
The new FleetPride Cushing branch is located at 1718 E. Main St., and the Muskogee branch is located at 2433 N. 32nd St. With these acquisitions, terms of which were not released, FleetPride now owns and operates six locations in Oklahoma.
FleetPride, based in The Woodlands, Texas, operates more than 210 locations in 40 states and carries a full line of nationally-recognized brand-name parts, as well as an assortment of exclusive-brand parts. In addition, FleetPride offers in-house remanufactured products such as brake shoes and driveline components. Truck and trailer repair services also are offered at a number of locations.
