PHH Arval recently received two supplier awards from Diebold Inc., including its highest honor – the Gold Supplier Certification. Diebold, a global provider of security systems and services, also named PHH Arval the Most Innovative Supplier of the Year.
The Gold Supplier Certification award recognizes a company’s dedication and persistence in achieving quality service improvement. This is the first time Diebold has recognized any company for achieving the Gold Standard. Additionally, PHH Arval was the only company to be honored as Most Innovative Supplier in recognition of its environmental program, PHH GreenFleet, and its mobile application for fleet drivers, PHH Connect.

PHH Arval has been providing fleet management solutions to Diebold in the United States and Canada for 31 years. Each year, Diebold conducts a Global Supplier Summit honoring the strategic suppliers who achieve excellence. Criteria for performance measurement include quality, delivery, cost reduction, contractcompliance, customer satisfaction, cost competitiveness, continuous improvement and overall business relationship. Quarterly results are combined to determine the overall score for the year.
