Decisiv Inc., a provider of technology that connects fleet managers with internal and external service locations, announced that the use of its DecisivConnect social media channels is growing rapidly. The new communications forums are leading to faster resolution of problems and to more rapid development and deployment of new features and enhancements to products.
The various social media channels of communication under DecisivConnect include a Blog with Insights, News and Power User sections, and Twitter and Facebook pages. DecisvConnect’s growth since it’s launch in mid February includes over 900 visitors who opened more than six web pages and stayed over two and half minutes per visit. Traditional site visits are mostly to a single page and can be measured in seconds.
“We launched DecisivConnect to coordinate our communications activities,” said Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv. “We are embracing social media channels to reach out to technology partners, fleets, service providers, manufacturers and the media. Those conversations are helping us develop customer driven solutions and drive improvements in how trucks, trailers and related assets are serviced and maintained. These open, comprehensive forms of communication are essential to collectively bringing about positive and constructive changes that will benefit everyone.”
