Penray announced that Tom McGonigle has been named chief financial officer, effective immediately. Before joining Penray, Tom was vice president of finance for PLZ Holding Corp. (parent company of Claire-Sprayway Inc.), based in Addison, Ill. He held the position of CFO at Bridgeview Aerosol, a manufacturer of custom aerosol products in Bridgeview, Ill.
