TMI on Friday, July 1, announced the implementation of an advanced order tracking system designed to provide customers with real-time access to orders placed and processed through TMI’s preferred freight carrier, C.H. Robinson. With TMI’s order tracking, orders can be tracked through computers, smartphones and tablets.

TMI provides products and solutions designed to manage customer environments by improving work safety, cleanliness, comfort, efficiency and energy savings. TMI’s product line includes strip doors, PVC-based strip, film, panel and sheet products, PVC-coated and laminated fabrics, air curtains, insect screens, swinging impact doors, curtains, modular enclosures and dock accessories.

Customers can use TMI’s order tracking system by logging onto www.TMI-PVC.com and clicking the order-tracking icon located on the site. Once prompted, they enter their order number to connect to a site containing pertinent order information such as order process and shipment dates, as well as the expected delivery date.

TMI says the implementation of the order tracking system is its latest infrastructure investment as it continues to deploy new ways to better serve its customer base. “At TMI, we continually strive to provide a comprehensive and superior customer experience, from the time an order is placed and throughout the lifecycle of the product,” says Frank Mummolo, president and chief executive officer. “It is not enough to help a customer when they are placing an order. We want to be there for them continually so that they know TMI is fully committed to their satisfaction.”
