The Transportation Security Administration has forwarded an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget to extend its currently approved collection involving the submission of required information necessary to conduct a security threat assessment on individuals applying for a Transportation Worker Identification Credential and a voluntary customer satisfaction survey under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
