TransAxle recently hosted the Automotive Parts Remanufacturers Association Spring Heavy Duty Transmission Conference at its plant in Cinnaminson, N.J. The May 13 conference included presentations by various manufacturers regarding corrosion prevention, root cause analysis and proper fluid choices.
TransAxle hosted a plant tour, where they had the opportunity to showcase their remanufacturing operations. Dave Olsen, chief executive officer of TransAxle, welcomed all 46 guests prior to the tour and gave an overview of what they would see.
TransAxle rebuilds on-highway, specialty and off-highway differentials and transmissions, specializing in Allison. They also rebuild torque converters and power take-off hydraulic units.
