Idealease Inc. has awarded Westrux International’s Idealease locations in Southern California with the I.D.E.A.L Gold award for 2011. The award program was established 13 years ago to honor the Idealease locations that achieve the highest levels of performance in 12 key areas, including professional leadership, customer service, marketing, facilities, dedicated service bays, employee training, customer safety and compliance education.
“Our I.D.E.A.L. Gold honorees demonstrate a relentless dedication to operating excellence and profitable growth,” says Dan Murphy, president and chief executive officer of Idealease. “This prestigious award is the highest honor an Idealease operation can receive from Idealease Inc. It is our gold standard for performance. This year, 57 Idealease locations met these demanding standards.”

The I.D.E.A.L. Gold and President’s Club awards will be presented at the Idealease Annual Meeting, which will be held in Chicago on Sept. 8.
