Idealease Inc. has awarded the Diamond Idealease locations in North Little Rock, Kansas City and Memphis the I.D.E.A.L. Gold award for 2011. The award program was established to honor Idealease locations that achieve the highest levels of performance in 12 key areas, including professional leadership, customer service, marketing, facilities, dedicated service bays, employee training, customer safety and compliance education.

Gold honorees demonstrate a relentless dedication to operating excellence and profitable growth,” says Dan Murphy, president and chief executive officer of Idealease. “This prestigious award is the highest honor an Idealease operation can receive from Idealease. It is our gold standard for performance. This year, 57 Idealease locations met these demanding standards.”
