Five Star Specialty Programs announced a new breakdown service offered to buses and waste hauler vehicles insured through 5Star, the exclusive facility for this new service. RoadsideMasters is a nationwide truck and trailer breakdown service and is the exclusive representative of Auto Knight Motor Club.
Five Star currently works with RoadsideMasters to offer a service for trucking agents appointed with 5Star Specialty Programs. “We had requests from retail agents for a similar service targeted to clients with buses and waste haulers,” says Robert Alkire, senior vice president for 5Star. “This newest service is an annual membership available to insureds of retailers appointed with 5Star Specialty Programs. It’s a service exclusive to 5Star and offers unlimited roadside assistance to insured firms.”
RoadsideMasters also offers towing for insured vehicles – up to 50 miles per disablement. Other features include vehicle jump start, out of gas fuel delivery, oil, fluid and water delivery service and flat tire change (up to $500, including free delivery of a new replacement tire) – insured clients pay only for the cost of the tire.
