DAS, a manufacturer, importer, and distributor of automotive accessories and travel-related products, announced that it has acquired all rights to RoadKing CB Accessories from Bosch, a German-based manufacturing enterprise. Since the 1950s, RoadKing has served professional drivers and CB enthusiasts with CB microphones.
“As another sign of our proactive investment in our markets, we are pleased to add RoadKing to our RoadPro Family of Brands,” says Michael Abel, DAS president and chief executive officer. “Like our other DAS-direct brands, RoadKing is distinct and well-targeted to our core consumers and business partners.”
DAS says the RoadKing acquisition, terms of which were not announced, is effective immediately. DAS has transitioned existing inventories, manufacturing equipment and brand ownership to ensure a seamless transition for active customers.
